Ramping Up Brick & Mortar Business into Full-blown eCommerce

Working closely with internal stakeholders, we developed a 12-month game-plan for migrating their booming Appliance Retail Business online. The implementation was a phased approach to integrating their over 15,000 product catalog into a new Magento web store.

Open Source Platform Magento Unleashed

By extending the open-source Community version of Magento we were able to deliver all of the desired functionality without committing to a reoccuring licensing cost over $1300 per year. Immediately we saw growing gains in organic visibility and significant performance from online advertising surpassing even our expectations. Automated RetailDeck Web Services Import Process

A fully custom-built data management script, our Magento-RWS process seamlessly connected Gerhard’s inventory system with their new Magento eCommerce site so order fulfillment was smooth sailing right out of the gate. By optimizing this process for performance we were able to decrease the nightly automated process’s run-time from nearly 4 hours to under 45 minutes while our client sleeps.
